Cancellation Policy
If you have to reschedule, please let me know AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. I will have a 10 minute grace period, if you are running late please let me know ahead of time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee of $15; If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged a cancellation fee 50% of your entire service.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur, and we will do our best to work with you in those situations. However, repeated cancellations or no shows mav result in no longer being able to book with us.
